Graduation is one of the milestone chapters in your story. There is something so exciting, and maybe at the same time a little nerve-wracking, about getting ready to take the next step forward but before then being able to celebrate in grandeur with your friends and family. Also, let's be completely honest there are not many opportunities in life to wear a dress as fabulous as this, and I think you just need to embrace it!
It was incredible to be part of Clara's graduation day last year and photograph her with her family. Including her grandparents, who had made the long journey driving to Edmonton to celebrate with her. As exciting and as happy as graduation is, I know as a mom on the brink of having her daughter graduate, there is a lot of emotion and reminiscing that surrounds the day. Remember all the photos that you took on that first day of kindergarten? It was monumental and maybe a little tear-filled if you were like me, and you didn't ever want to forget it.
